Psychotherapy (Auckland/ Online)

If you’re living between cultures, carrying silent expectations, or feeling like you don’t quite belong, therapy can help. I work with Asian and migrant adults in Aotearoa New Zealand, and anyone who shares these experiences.

Together, we’ll create a quiet inner enclave — a space within yourself where you can feel grounded, understood, and more at home with who you are.

How Can I Help?

You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out. Sometimes, people come to therapy unsure of what’s going on inside, questioning if they’re allowed to feel overwhelmed or whether their struggles are valid enough to talk about. Together, we’ll create a space where you can pause, reflect, and make sense of what’s been weighing on you. Seeking help is not a sign of weakness; it’s a sign of resilience and strength, a willingness to face challenges and grow through them.

I work with adults (18+) from all backgrounds, with a focus on Asian and migrant communities, as well as anyone living in the tension between cultural or societal expectations and personal identity. As an Asian psychotherapist, I bring my own lived experience and an Eastern lens into the Western psychotherapy approach. I understand how complex it can feel to navigate between two worlds, whether it's between Eastern and Western cultures or your inner and outer worlds. You won't have to explain everything. Together, we will find an approach that feels safe and respectful, one that’s attuned to your culture, story, and resilience.
